Raising tickets
Need help raising a ticket? Below are instructions and a video on how you can do this once you've logged in.
- Log into the Support Portal
- Select raise a request
- Pick the support item you require
- You can locate items by scrolling through the catalogue, selecting a filter from the left-hand side menu, or by using the search function (the little magnifying glass in the top menu bar)
- Complete the form for the support item, ensuing all mandatory fields are completed
- Select and complete any additional items, as required
- Click place request
- Review your request and click confirm
- If you're raising this request on behalf of someone else you can select a requested for user here.
- You will receive an email notification of your ticket submission and be able to view your ticket via my tickets in the Support Portal
